I bought new hoses from Skandix, they were actually more expensive than the compressor! The did fit perfectly though and are high quality.
One thing to be aware of if you go this route, the Skandix hose set has one of the hoses that attaches to the compressor made as a separate part. (Original is all one piece.) The fitting on this vibrated loose on my car last summer, letting out all the refrigerant. I put it back together with blue loctite so hopefully that won't happen again.
You could also elect to have your existing hoses rebuilt at a shop, they'll crimp new rubber hose onto your existing fittings.
