What kind of water? Fresh water, river water, flooded garage water or salt water or ?
When I had to do a cleanup on aisles 1,2,3, and onward, I put a small dehumidifer inside the car, closed the doors and windows, and keep emptying the tank. This was after the wet/dry vacuuming for what seemed like eons, the water just kept coming to the low spot, so I weighted down the nozzle and let it pull out as the water gathered low.
Then, I would take a rubber hammer and go around the car under the rocker panels, and on the door sills pounding on the car to disrupt the water, and jack up from one side to the other. Dehumidify the interior constantly, and try to make sure that no mold gets a foothold, that would then be the beginning of the end........
Good luck
