I did. It's just really strange that earlier in the day when I drove it no noise at all. It was parked for a couple of hours I came back out started it up sounded like a diesel. I just took the intake manifold off the far-right bolt which is closest to the passenger side was a little loose. So I wonder if that was the cause but the gasket was not blown out but it still could have been making a leak. Cleaned it up put a new one on getting ready to drop the motor back in the car. The spring was not broken inside the timing chain tensioner and the tensioner for the balance chains was still intact and functioning. Beginning to wonder if it's an injector.it was really isolated to cylinder number 1. So I wonder if that injector is just gone bad. Guess I'll know when I fire it back up if the noise is still there it's probably that injector then I'm guessing.
