Try using the tourqe pro app to monitor fuel trim long and short. Check that emissions readyness graph is all green. This should show cat,cat preheat, spark, evap sys all ready. When you look at your plugs, don't think lean until you inspect the very bottom of the porcelain. You'll need a small flashlight and a mag glass. You should see a small brown band at the bottom. Factory techs will sometimes cut a plug in half to see the bottom of the porcelain, to actually measure the burn band. Any brown is OK for a car. If there is no brown at all, then think lean. What kind of damage do you see in the cylinders? If there is actual melting going on,think fuel supply. If everything looks normal w/ trim and fuel, try running STANDARD type BCPR 7 ES 11,gapped to .09. ES 11 means 1.1 gap.
