Josiah,
I have two ZF 4hp18q transmissions here. Note my 9000 is a naturally aspirated 1993 so, I think this is not part of the 'late generation' of the 9000. One is new, not rebuilt, and remains in the shipping crate. I also have the used one I removed because I thought it was bad - my error. An upper engine mount broke causing sufficient misalignment to prevent the shift lever mechanism from working properly. I still have the torque converter from the used transmission as well.
These will fit your 1995+ 9000...I think only one mounting bolt hole location differs. Gearing may be slightly different causing a slight difference at idel. I'm uncertain regarding other distinctions.
