In that case, is only antifreeze but different type that won´t mix. If it was my car, I would buy the cheapest antifreeze, replace it after a good flush and then keep looking if the red appears again. If it does you know that is not from the antifreeze. If stays clean and same color, replace it with a good type of antifreeze.
I have been using EVANS for many years and love it. The drawback, you do not add water to the antifreeze. Is waterless to lower the expansion when it heats up. Less stress on the Water pump seals, radiator hoses and of course, the radiator.
Good luck and hope that is only the antifreeze.
