I got the foam-backed fabric from Hancock fabrics locally for $8 a yard. The color I used was called Oxford Gray and was very close to the original.

In my case I did the headliner first and tried to get away with leaving the sunshade alone. The match was good enough to be unnoticeable, but 6 months later the fabric fell off the sunshade so I had to replace it anyways.

Do a search of the BB, and there is a description of how to replace the sunshade.

The steps, more or less are:

1. Open the sunroof half way.
2. Remove the screws that hold a plastic shield to the front of the glass.
3. Slide the shield back into the pocket.
4. Close the sunroof and tilt it up.
5. Remove the 3 Torx screws on each side of the sunroof. They are reached from the inside of the car and are hard to see. Note the position of the sunroof in the slots. You will be adjusting these Torx screws later on.
6. Lift the sunroof out.
7. Take the cover off the cable on either side of the roof. (Phillips head screws). Dismount the tilt mechanism on either side. Take a good look at how this is configured. It took me a half an hour of fooling around to get this right because I didn't pay attention when I took it off.
8. Pull the sunroof cables forward on each side to pull the slide out of the track.
9. At this point you should be able to pull the sunshade forward and out of the slide.

Now you can pull the old material off the sunshade, brush off the the foam and glue the new headliner material on. Make sure you use the 3M High Strength spray adhesive.

The reassembly is the reverse of the above. After you put the sunroof in, expect to spend 15 to 20 minutes adjusting it. Once you are satisfied with the adjustment, take one Torx screw out at a time, put some blue locktite on (242 or 241--I can never remember which one is blue and which one is red), and replace the screw. This will save you some aggravation later on.

Someone sent me a written description that was a start, but doesn't exactly match my description. Some things you just have to get in there and see it to do the job.
