BW35 & BW37 use different front case covers, and can't be interchanged. See the pic below, and compare the shape with the previous picture I posted.
You could do it, if you constructed a bracket to use the two holes in the BW37 cover, and that would mate up with the 99s front mount as above. Need to be pretty sturdy stuff, but it wouldn't be impossible. Just have to be precise, or leave a slot for the 99s front motor mount bolt to come through... And it also has to clear the bottom of the radiator...
