I have a lot of experience with both 99's and c900.
I will soon take in hand the '77 99 2-door with full quality red repaint.
I have an experienced and skilled fabricator lined up to do the firewall mods.
My plan - 2.1 NA w/ header and free flow exhaust, 5 spd, 88+ hubs and axles, lower and stiffer springs with c900 rear sway bar and Bilsteins. Maybe air bags for some adjustability in the rear stiffness. EMS/turbo steering rack, neg camber, increased caster, check & fine tune alignment. Braided brake flex lines, 99T air dam w/ brake ducting,99T electric mirrors, euro version console w/radio mount, good quality but simple radio/stereo w/ Ipod/bluetooth, speakers in rear deck.
Single roll bar hoop w/ rear braces, diagonal, and seat belt cross bar. 5-point belts for autoX and track-day.
Cibie headlights,fogs,long beam driving lights, and red rear fog. Rear window third brake light. Perhaps LED bulbs in all signal lights. Maybe side signal light per '86+ c900 - tho I'm a bit reluctant to cut into the new paint job.
Revised stock fuse panel with plug in fuses per c900 and seperate panel for relays and wiring for front high power lights.
Not decided yet: version of LH injection, interior - stock with c900 tan leather seats or ??
Any thoughts ? Am I forgetting anything ?
