This 6x2 line from Cohline is a good match. I've pressed two lines using the original fittings. I must do some flow measurements to compare these with the originals to gain confidence that these will work right -- ideally without needing to adjust the fuel distributor. I'm refurbishing the entire fuel system on this car using the original parts, with the exception of these lines. This is a winter project so I don't expect a definitive decision until next summer.
I'm going to order some new fittings to attempt remanufacturing the lines entirely.
Here are some thoughts learned from this experience when doing your own...
1. Remove fittings from old hose by making a cut with a soldering iron. Cutting with a blade will score the fitting and cause a leak.
2. Press the first fitting on the uncut length of hose. If the press goes wrong you can cut off a little bit and try again. This gives you a 50% better chance of a perfect line, avoiding wasting a length of hose.
3. Press without heat or lubrication. Using either will compromise the strength of the fitting I think.
4. To make the bend on the injector side I used enough heat to make it permanent. I also inserted a length of 1.6mm bare copper wire from 14 gauge electrical romex to avoid deformation of the ID in the bend radius. 12 gauge wire is a perfect 2.0mm but it's too tight to insert. I don't even know if this is necessary. Flow testing will help determine this.
