The wheel cylinders you can get from West of Sweden (Chip) will work great. One tip: they have the locating pin in a different location from the originals (opposite side of the inlet) so you have to drill a new hole in the backing plate to accommodate it; the tip is to make a paper or cardboard template off the cylinder so you can drill the hole in EXACTLY the right place. (I tried to do it by measuring and wound up with a slightly out-of-place hole; had to enlarge it to get the cylinder to fit, which was effective but is kind of sloppy.

As noted in the previous post, this is also a great time to replace your flex lines -- both jobs involve spilling slimy brake fluid and require bleeding the lines afterward, both of which are a nuisance, so it's a lot better to do it once than twice!
