Yup. I looked at it today. The adjuster is seized up with rust and I can't get it to budge. I took the drum off but could see any way that I might free it from the inside. I wish they had just used a star-wheel adjuster, as I really dislike these wedge type adjusters. I'm not really sure where to proceed from here except maybe to pawn off my headache on a shop and see if they can do anything.
