I have a Saab SE 2002 and have replaced 6 tires in a span of two years. They are 17" tires which the dealer told me were only on 10% of the production that year similar to the Viggen. The last tire #6 was followed by my first cracked rim(cracked from the inside/hidden)that I discovered after the last flat tire. I love the car but I cant afford this anylonger. Rather than offer advice on how to avoid potholes, I would like to know if anyone is well informed about the class action suit on the tires. I called Saab corporate and I was became more upset when their foolish representative told me that tires dont last this long...I have 30K miles on my car....They completely washed their hands of this. The dealer offered me double loyalty to rebuy a Saab, but the extra $2000 I spent already isnt exactly a desirable memory. Please let me know how I can recover at least part of the losses.
