Press and hold the clear button, the first message will say "cleared", Keep holding the clear button, the second message says "service" after that it should be c;eared for good. If the time for service message comes back on after that it might be due to faulty SID software. Take it to the dealer and have them install new software for the SID. There was a time about a year ago when there was a release of some faulty software and that message kept coming on. Once you have the new update in SID software you should be good to go, but make sure you have truly cleared the service message first.
