What would you do?

Took my 2000 93 convertible to the dealer to have them replace the emblem on the trunk and the interior passenger door panel. When I picked it up the new emblem was on and a 3/8" scratch at the bottom of it on the trunk (obviously from prying the emblem off with a small screw drive), pointed it out to the service manager and they said they don't remember doing it but would touch it up. They touched it up with touch up paint with the brush in the cap...not very good match and definetly not like it was when I brought it in!
The door panel was installed and when I got home I checked out the job, the bracket on the inside of the door panel at the bottom wasn't put on the new panel, therefore leaving he center of the panel lose and two empty bolt holes in the bottom of the door. I called the dealer and they said there was a modification and the bracket was no longer used! Anyone hear of that?
Thanks, having a tough time finding a dealer in Rhode Islland that cares!
