These are the advice you will hear from the regulars here...
I get rough idle during the cold/wet months (almost all the time in Michigan) during the first 10-15 seconds... It gets to the point that it would almost stall the car.
Put in a 20Oz bottle of Techron Concentrate (available at Advanced Auto Parts, PePboys, etc..) MAKE SURE its the "concentrate" and not "contain techron". Techron is the key ingredient, but you want the concentrate, and its twice the price.... but you only really need it every 5-10K miles at the most...
If that doesn't fix it, the next step is to check the spark plugs... heck, at under $2 a plug ($8 total), change them... They should be changed regularlly anyways. I think Saab turbo engines require more frequent sparkplug changes than the average Japanese or American car... I change mine every 2-3 oil change (~15-20K miles)
Both fixes are very easy to do yourself. They really should be done regularlly (based on your driving style and mileage) to get top performance and durability of your car.
