I can't definitively answer your question because I haven't needed all of the features currently offered. But in the past the CarCode software accessed all parameters listed on the web site, so I would imagine that all of the currently listed GM enhanced parameters should be accessible via the software without add ons. Also, this software only reads data. It can't send data to the car like a Tech 2 can.

I haven't used the software seriously since I had bad O2 sensor wiring in our departed Dodge Caravan, and there have been a lot of upgrades to the software since then. (Back then I was using version 1.06. Now they're up to version 1.28.) Even with software version 1.06 I was able to view simultaneously the raw upstream and downstream O2 sensor outputs, and that allowed me to find and fix the bad wiring harness section.

The biggest concern to me would be that the GM SAAB accessible parameters might be different that GM in the USA.
