No, not the dark panel feature - all the gauges are working. Also, even with Dark Panel, the speedo and all the switch lights stay on. I picked up a used dimmer at my favorite indy today, we'll see when it gets dark.

Taking out the dash only helped in that with the dash out you can remove the airduct that goes to the left side dash vent. I don't think you could get that out with the dash panel in place. What was a huge help was making a hook from a piece of wire, and using a pair of vise grips to clamp that wire once I had hooked and pulled back that *&%^&%$^%& clutch return spring. What a miserable job, no need at all for it to be so inaccessible. I have every intention of doing the hydraulic conversion when it is time to change the clutch.
