There is some anti siphon device inside the filler tube. Maybe a small enough tube can make it in. I haven't had luck trying this.
I wouldn't worry about putting it up on stands....are your tires the most of your worries now? If not, then leave it. I store my Viggen every year for the winter. I would avoid starting it up and not driving it. I think that is worse since it doesn't run with high oil pressure (that's the case at idle).
