Well, what I'm saying is that if a customer drives the car in with the steering wheel off center and does not mention it to the shop and that they want it corrected, I would take for granted they know about it and does not want it repaired.
If suspension work is done or if new tires are mounted, I would suggest to have an alignment done so that the new tires don't wear out prematurely.
