That should be the older part number for your VIN.
Tough to say, but I would probably call it medium to difficult to do since you have to remove the belt, tensioner and alternator to get to the hidden bolts.
People have stripped the Allen bolt head in tensioner or alternator using wrong tools or technique and turned a medium job into a hell hole difficult one trying to remove a rounded head bolt that is recessed into the bracket.
You should get a new pulley too but if you buy a brand new bracket I think it comes with the pulley.
