I had a similar issue a while back and it wound up being a faulty aftermarket DI Cassette, which failed after just about a year of use. No engine code or CEL, would stall at traffic lights and was very iffy starting up after being parked, seemed like fuel wasn't getting to the engine.
My indy ran tests and the culprit was the aftermarket DI Cassette. I had bought the cheapest unused one I could find, and well, sometimes you get what you pay for. If you bought your Saab used I would not be surprised if the previous owner tried to save money in a similar way.
