I really appreciate your response to my posting.

I am the original owner of the Viggen; leasing it, July 10 1999. At the end of the lease, I decided to purchase it. I have a complete record from 7/10/1999 of every repair, part or upgrade that was done to the vehicle. The mileage at the time of the accident was 178k + miles. My oldest son was driving the vehicle at the time, after playing a round of golf. He made contact with a vertical curb & lost control of the vehicle. The Viggen rolled over & the front bumper came off. The hood was crumpled like an accordion. All of the windows were broken except the passenger side. Three of wheels were actually broken & came off the Viggen. The driver’s side door was smashed against the frame & would not open.

My son was able get out of the vehicle, thru the Passenger side door. He was able to walk away with only bruises from the seat belt. He said that the seat belt & the side bolster of the seat kept him intact from being thrown within the Viggen.

Here is a list of the Viggen’s Major upgrades in chronological order: 5/27/2003 EIBACH SHOCKS & SPRINGS, POLY BUSHINGS. 8/6/2004 INSTALLED 22mm REAR ANTI SWAY BAR. 9/1/2004 INSTALLED FORGE B. O VALVE. 2/3/2005 INSTALLED 6-POINT SUB-FRAME BRACE. 2/17/2006 INSTALLED GOODRIDGE BRAKE LINE KIT. 4/18/2007 INSTALLED STEERING RACK BRACE. 1/16/2009 INSTALLED 3” DOWNPIPE. 8/16/2009 INSTALLED ETS INTERCOOLER. 3/8/2010 JZW STAGE 4 TUNE. 3/19/2010 INSTALLED 3.5 FPR. 5/31/2011, INSTALLED PCV #6. 8/13/2011, 3” EXHAUST SYSTEM INSTALLED. 10/29/2011, CLUTCH, P P, SLAVE CYLINDER & FLYWHEEL REPLACED. 1/9/2013, RADIATOR REPLACED. 4/10/2014, KONI ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS & STRUTS REPLACED IN FRONT & READ. 12/27/2017,FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS REPLACED, 3/9/2018, PASSENGER SIDE OUTER CV JOINT, BOOT & INNER BOOT REPLACED. 1/22/2019.
