You should be able to tell visually if anything is off with the rear spring installation. Vogtland springs are usually purple, so you could tell if they were actually installed. There's also only one way they can fit. I did a quick Google search for "Saab 9-3 Vogtland", and found some other posts on those springs. One person said that it took a while for the rear springs to settle, but after a month, he was happy with how they looked. I had a set of Abbott springs installed on my 1997 900 years ago, and I remember thinking that the back still looked high when I got the car back, but I found a picture I had taken of it before the new springs were installed, and the back end was even higher. These cars sit ridiculously high from the factory. My Abbott springs eventually sagged in the back to the point where the tires were nearly up in the wheel wells, and I replaced them with a set of stock Viggen springs. The back end was back to looking like a jacked up old '60s muscle car, but it was still lower than stock.
