just connect the connectors to the battery terminals !
really would be better to have someone clean the terminals at least first ,
and IF you could, have someone remove the battery take it inside a house trickle charge it there ! cold is bad for batteries ( i grew up in Michigan )
You must have a great cheap chi-com charger w/ NOT great instructions translated into English !
are you doing this for winter storage ? so you will not drive it for a while ? if so hook up one of those lamp timers you can plug this into and only charge it like an hour a day @ 2 amps .
Charge it at first for 24 hours continuously ! then go to the one hour a day !
