Plugs? I like to post reminders to folks that with increased boost, things like plugs, fuel and state of the injectors becomes more critical to avoiding the knocking that could occur if things were neglected.

You plugs sound fine. Some of the Viggen owners found that .035" gaps worked better for them. Smaller gaps with higher boost is pretty basic stuff. I run .035" I find that heat range 6 also runs well and keeps the plugs cleaner.

I have just started changing my turbo setup, and plan to change it again real soon, so the temps were fuel cuts occur can't be meaningly addressed. But, as you clear up other restriction, your rate of boost will also improve, and you will be more vulnerable to cold temp fuel cuts. I have only been connected to the comrpessor hose barb for a week. So I don't have and depth of understanding of how this will workout. But the boost seels much much more controlled compared to the manifold pressure tap.

The Viggen IC is not too expensive. I don't have my manual and notes handy. You do need a newer style lower rad hose to make way for the new turbo pipe route. It can be installed in your driveway. I have not done this yet. I have some other demanding priorities for my money right now. I would love to get one of those, and replace all of my coolant hoses and thermostat, and rear calipers and get a manifold heat shield... )but a new furnace and AC is about to suck my bank account dry.)
