You know, the keyless entry thing. Are there aftermarket ones?

Also once the alarm is activated with the FOB is there any way of deactivating with just the key. I know you can activate with just the key.

I was kayaking last year and my dry bag was punctured, consequently the FOB got soaked and did not work. I could not get into the vehicle without the alarm going off.

Once activated you can't start the car, no matter what you do, disconnecting the battery etc. I had to disassemble the FOB dry it out and finally I was able to go home 7 hours later, after annoying alot of people with the repeat alarms.
