Congrats! I have the same car and can offer the following. I will leave the oil and gas questions to others...

1. I don't have an owners manual in the car. I have most of the stuff in the leather pouch, but that is missing. Anyone know
where to get one?

You could try e-Bay, but the dealer might also be able to help you on this.

2. What does the other light button above the fog lamps do?

There are two separate switches for the fog lamps - one for front and one for the rear. The rear lamps should *not* be used at night - they are very bright. Rear fog lights are pretty much standard equipment in Europe but no so common in the USA or Canada.

3. On the radio (AM/FM cassette and CD changer), what does the A-ME button do? The WB button I assume it the weather band button.

Yep, the WB is weather band. The A-ME button, according to my manual, is a feature that will seek and store stations automatically. Push it down for more than two seconds and it will search for and store the six strongest signals. Your manually stored stations are unaffected. Not a bad featuer for when you are travelling and want to temporarily store stations.
