Sure. However, your probably not going to notice anything with the lights or radio until it is to dead to start the car. As you recognize the engine will turn over slower and this is a definate sign to be concerned about the battery. However, the first time you realize this might be the first time it won't start at all for you too.
This would be especially true going into winter in a cold weather environment. The battery might be fine in current conditions but the first cold snap could be to much for it. Also, it is harder to notice the small gradual decline of the battery against the much greater impact of changing tempatures.
