DI cartridge questions

My car (95 900setc), seems to be taking longer and longer to start. Once it is started I have no problems, and she has always run strong, still does. I seem to remember someone saying that the hard starting may be indicative of the DI cassette aging. It cranks about 10-12 revolutions before starting, it used to be around 6. Is this normal?? I changed the plugs, (I don't remember the specs, but they are the stock Saab Plugs) and there was no difference in starting.
regards,
Bryan C
