I'd hoped to see that, but missed. I'm sure it will be repeated. When you consider that the two cars in question are (still) among the safest on the road, it's a worrying thing. There are two points of comfort though:
1. By the time the actual impact takes place, both cars will have typically slowed down a lot - few cars will be in a 60 mph head-on collision.
2. For us in the US at least, head on collisions at any serious speed are pretty rare - most poplulated areas have divided highways/traffic and other factors that keep speeds down in circumstances where cars are open to head-on accidents.
Still, I'd hate to be in an econobox in a 60 mph head-on with a Volvo 740 or a BMW 5er...
