If there even is a season. If the lockout holds (18 days 23 hours 14 minutes 59 seconds so far), then I'll just get my bets refunded. Anwya, after picking Calgary to go all the way in 2003-04 at 100 to 1 odds in June 2003, I'll post what I bet this year too. I'm sure some of these will draw the same laughs the Calgary bet did.

There ya go. Vegas trip for Mom's 60th bday was very profitable. Hit a $125 slots jackpot (I followed Mom around all weekend) the first night, 8/11 on a $1 keno ticket for $400, 5/5 on a $0.25 ticket for $200, 7/10 and 4/5 on a $0.10 ticket for $100. Broke even on single deck blackjack. Both downtown and strip now pay only 6:5 on a blackjack for single decks. Binion's no longer offers $5 single deck with favorable rules... bummer. Mom hit three double diamonds for 1,600 quarters on her last $10 before we had to head to the airport!
