don't know of any off the top of my head.. but I think you'll find subtle difference between dough recipes... it's really the preparation of the dough that's the key....
the most critical difference when trying this at home is the fact that a home oven just doesn't cut it.. it really does help though if you get one of those oven stones to cook the pizza on.. as they do a decent job of maintaining the heat...
