We have had our yellow one for about a year now. Got it for $347.00 on the internet from one of the linked companies Dyson gave. I had a broken part on the bottom of the vac and I was proply sent a new part with no hassle. The stuff that it sucks up is amazing. We like the easy dump lever for the canister. If you pull the hose out right, it won't fall over. Mine gets edges good but I wish it would do better strait on. Liftime hepa in the vac and a sponge that you rinse out every 6 months and the fact that it doesn't loose suction is great. The plastic is of high quality and it is quite. Just get the base model. You can buy accessories later if you find that you need them. Great product that I would get again. Never buy a vac where you need to buy the Hepa filter and or bags. And I like the fact that Dyson sued Hoover for stealing their technology and Dyson won.
Cheers, KB.
