Anyone using Windows MCE? thoughts?

Just curious.
I have built a new PC, and it will be running dual-duty as a "TIVO" as well as a gaming/Internet PC. I think the laptop will go to the GF. (Specs below)
I currently have Windows 2000 Pro installed, and considering the switch to MCE, as I do not have another (legal) copy (other than the HP rebuild for laptop) of XP. Reviews seem to be good, about what it can do with regards to all-encompassing, rather than spend additional money on Sage or BeyondTV. I know there will be some "driver" issues.
Other than my current onboard sound and AGP controller conflict, things run smooth. Thanks for any and all comments!
Sean
P.S. Yes, I do have a linux box and a very old Mac (actually 2 of them), but interested in MCE. Thanks!
