You had better have a lot of information that is vital to go to two pages. And it had better be a compelling read.
Most resumes get about 20 seconds review by a manager, if they are seen by a human at all. They aren't going to wait to get to the good part - there is a big pile below yours, and he/she/it is tired from the big pile above.
If you can't fit three jobs onto one page, you are including WAAAY too much information. It's a resume, not an interview. You want to quickly and succinctly state experience, responsibility, skills. Boom, and get out. If you did 10 great things, pick two or three. If you've researched the place you're applying to, mention the things that apply to the place you're applying to. (?).
If you absolutely, positively MUST provide extra detail, put a summary on the front page, and refer to the second page for more detail. That way you show that you are respecting their time and effort. If they like what they see in the one-pager, they can go for the second page. Otherwise, it's on the pile.
As someone that has read a lot of resumes, you very quickly burn out. Yes, this is your life, and yes, you have put many hours into sweating out the details and word choice. And the reader will make a decision in less than half a minute. Hey, that's life. I know that if the writer can't get to the point in one page, what good is two?
