I guess it depends on how you drive your car :)
Personally, I was tired of the 1 tire burnouts when on a twisty road & the added width puts just that much more rubber on the ground. If you are not into pushing your car on twisty roads then the stock size is probably fine :)
Are your P6000's in descent condition or are they close to being warn out? If they are close to the end of their like I would just get 4 new tires.
There are lot of options out there. IF you can go to tirerack & look at their tires again. Just select all season tires so you do not have 100 ish different tires to look at. Or stop by your local tire shop & get info/prices on other options. The only all season tires I have dealt with are the proxes 4's from toyo & I will buy them again. I had P6000's on my SPG however they were the summer compound & I wasn't pleased with their performance.
