I think your biggest precautions are for fuel tank rust and fuel contamination. The mechanical and electrical parts either work or they don't, but fuel gets icky. Keep an eye out for leaks, oil, fuel, water and brake fluid as seals dry out.
Schweet machine the K75's. It's four cylinder brother K100 was buzzy and heavy. The K75 triples were sweeter, lighter and preferred by many.
