I'm guessing that the evap purge valve is busted. When the turbo engages, it's pressurizing the canister and the fuel tank. As it shouldn't. It shouldn't feed back through the valve.
As a test, plug the hose that goes from the intake manifold to the evap valve. Pull it off the manifold and plug it, and plug the manifold. Yes, you'll generate a CEL. I'd be surprised if you aren't getting one now. If that fixes the pressurization, you've found the issue.
