I was quoted $16 yesterday which seems to match what everyone else is paying. I am confident my last pair of re-heels around 15 months ago cost $8.
I showed my wife the old invoice at the time of repair and also the on-line price for identical shoes. She was wowed by the diffference but typically doesn't buy shoes with replaceable sole components.
