friends who had (all as separate incidents): 2 trees fall on their car, a chimney fell on their car, a garbage truck hit their car, and their house broken into... all claims were covered by TD M-M (including rental car loaners), no problems, and afaik, their premiums did not increase (at least in any substantive way)... those all happened over the course of a 3 or 4 years, the last a couple years ago...
so, that + the low rates was why we went with them, but like I say, I've never made a claim myself so I don't really know what they're like... all insurance companies are cheerful when they're taking your money...
all this does concern me if I want to do "modify" with a c900 in the future... might do a LPT + engine + tranny swap, though, I suppose then, it is European "stock" for a 900s ;-)...
