I don't know if they still do that today but when I worked for them that was the one part of the job I HATED! And they had a quota for names and addresses. I forget the exact amount, but I remember getting a hard time for anything under 90% - but then that could of been my mangers quota.

When I worked there they switched the way you initially input the customer information. They initially had you input the last 4 digits of the customers phone number, then switched it to the customers last name. One day, after we started using the last name system, I asked this guy for his last name and he shouted out "I DON'T HAVE ONE!!!" He was so used to us asking for his phone number!
