The studies I referred to are NOT traffic studies with some loose correlation to accidents. They are brain studies dealing with the part of the brain that you use when talking on a cell phone and the use of that same brain segment when driving.
Cell phone driving WILL impact your ability to drive, whether you want to admit it or not. Likewise *I* have a right to be protected against people doing so, just like I have a right to be protected against drunk drivers.
Your arguments remind me of those who once argued that it was OK to drive drunk becuase *they* could handle it.
