I have a few for friends. Worst drivers on the road. The only thing that saves them is the fat brakes on their cars and the fact that most people try hard to avoid even being close to a cop car.
The fact that it is now accepted that cops type on a computer screen while driving is NOT a safety improvement.
As for military (jet fighter or FB pilots), the conditions are completely different and the comparison it totally invalid. In addition, even if it were valid, military pilots are a select crowd with advanced coordination skills. If anyone were to be qualified to manipulate multiple devices and use their brain concurrently in several areas, I'd go with the military pilots. (In contrast, most of the cops I know struggled in high school).
