very mild hand soap. There is no need for alcohol based or ammonia based cleaner.
If there are oily finger smudges, I use a damp microfiber cloth to lightly wipe a wet hand soap and then wipe the screen (computer screen, flat screen TV, phones). Then rinse the cloth, squeeze water out of the cloth and then clean up again.
You don't want to use a dry cloth but you don't want a dripping wet cloth either. Water shouldn't be dripping from it, just slightly damp would do the job, you want the dampness to evaporate right after you wipe the surface.
