Someone tried to get into my car

with his CAR!
It was a funny feeling seeing a car driving right into your driver's door, while you are in the driver's seat! He essentially steered his car right into mine at an intersection while making a left land turn, with his left hand holding the cell phone, hence blocking out my bloody red car from his own vision.
I was not injured, as there was no intrusion into the driver's compartment as far as I could tell.
The damage seems to be entirely on the driver's door, a big deep dent made by his Corolla bumper. The window stops at 5 inches above flush. The door still opens but has to be slammed to be closed to overcome a bit of deformation, hopefully in the door itself. Paint is broken at the high curvature lines, but no metal seems to be torn. All the body shops and mechanic's seem to be closed for the weekend. Any recommendations on a good body shop in the Wellesley, Newton, Needham, Weston area? or somewhere T-accessible like in Allston?
The check engine light came on after collision, but the codes are P0507 (Idle too high), P0455 (Evaporative Emission Control Leak??) Odd codes to have after collision. There is no gas leak as far as I can tell, and I drove the car more than 20 miles afterwards in order to get home.
If there is no drive train or frame/suspension damage, I'm willing to let the guy pay for my repair out of pocket. How many days do I have before I have to notify my insurance company? if he and I can not come to an agreeable number. I prefer not totalling the car, as I just put over $1000 into the car fixing up all the problems, including top adjustment.
Where can I find a replacement 99-03 Convertible driver's side door? How much should I expect? I think the door should be replaced now that the impact/crush beam inside is used once already and probably used up given the size and depth of the dent.
