Meyle is an upgrade over Nordic in most situations. Nordic, PP, and the former ScanTech all make a decent product at a significant discount. We try not to sell junk. If there is an issue with a returns on a product we typically stop carrying.

Meyle and Febi are typically OE re-boxers. With any re-boxer you take your chances they can switch manufacturers on the you at any time. The reason we typically go with Febi is because they notify us when they change distributors. Typically with Febi it's OE re-boxed in a Febi box. You'll see it in most of the notes on the Febi products on the site. They're good communicators. If the product coming is different from expected they give us options to cancel orders.

In situations where you've ordered Nordic, PP, or ScanTech we typically will not check with customers before shipping the alternate available product. Additionally any time we're upgrading from what we consider an "Aftermarket" product to an OE reboxer like Febi or Meyle we typically will not check. I only ever ship Meyle when I've handled the product before because we've had some issues with what's actually in the box. Example a Meyle ball joint for a 900 is not the same as either a Nordic, Febi, or Saab OE.

If you ever order an OE brand item like Bosch, Sachs, Corteco, etc we will not ship an alternate brand without checking with you first. It's almost never happens but when we're trying to get you your order we will sometimes offer you options.

The reverse is also true. I shipped two genuine items to customers who ordered PP today that is not due in for another 20 days to complete their orders.
