It is available here in Midcoast Maine but I looked over the numbers and figured the only "use" that I had that fell in the lower rate hours were lights at night. We're not big power users and the only potential item I could push to savings hours would be a dehumidifier that I run in the cellar. I would just have to put a timer on that ran it at night instead of 2on/2off.
I suppose that for the three weeks of A/C use we get here, my use would fall in the lower rate hours because we run one in our bedroom on killer nights, but that's it. If we were in a hot climate, managed A/C use would help.
The boiler is not a big power user so modifying heating schedules wouldn't save anything really. If we had electric heat, that might be an option.
