You said it in the last paragraph ,listen to your self . And Yes there will be better things ! Keep trying different gigs until something feels right . The same job at another company can be like night/day .
Get a CDL and drive truck for awhile , there are plenty of openings ! See the country !
I have left many "teams" in the business/corporate world . I will not play the stupid games that some people choose . It is better to change teams or play a different game .
Some "managers" are really social/economic "bullies" , and I have never played into their twisted world of manipulating people . As an old John Prine song says ..."some people ain't human" and in the business world it's true .
Get something better and don't look back !
