Biggest challenge will be to get this wood fully dry again.
6-10% moisture - I'd guess yours is 20% or more ?
Wood flooring needs to be very dry when it is installed so it doesn't shrink after it's installed and ruin finish and appearance.
It needs to be as dry or drier than the house it will be in.
It's amazing how it can still dry and shrink after installed with poly finish.
I live in an old schoolhouse - 1906 - that sat empty for 20-30 years, and it seemed very dry when we started the renovations 7 years ago.
The old fir flooring with several coats of paint has shrunk enough to give
1/8" gaps between boards in some places.
I'm not familiar with 3/4" parquet, but this should apply.
The 3/4" would make me think this is intended to be sanded after install.
The musty smell probably won't be an issue if you can get it dry,
install, sand and finish.
You could do a test batch of drying -
Lay it out in some way w/ stickers to allow airflow on all sides -
tent it with plastic and use a dehumidifier and fan.
Or lay it out in the house loose for a year or so.
